Delivery

All orders to UK Mainland addresses are dispatched via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery or Parcelforce. A signature is required at destination.

Should you be unavailable to receive your order a card will be left. Please make sure that you collect your parcel with 7 days otherwise it will be returned to Cuthbert, Dibble & Grubb and further postage charges will be incurred.

A standard postage & packaging charge of £4.95 is made for UK deliveries only unless otherwise stated.

For international deliveries, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Man, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland please contact us for a quote prior to ordering.

Please note all countries outside the EU have additional customs clearance charges. Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We regret that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. For further details please contact your local customs authority. We are not in a position to refund any customs/import duty paid.

Please also note that due to strict Airmail weight restrictions some orders must be split into separate parcels before dispatch.
